We started with one oven, one recipe, and a belief that a good loaf can brighten a whole street. Every morning begins at 4 a.m. with flour, water, salt, and time.
We use local butter and eggs, mill-fresh flour, and no shortcuts. Come by, say hello, and we'll probably remember your order by the second visit.
